Law of a Third

- Roulette is divided into 12 so-called streets.
- The first street is made up of numbers 1-2-3.
- The second numbers 4-5-6, 7-8-9 third one and so on.

Explanation:

- In the street (1-2-3), fell number one and number two later. In this case we bet on numbers 1 and 2
